Gray - A Year from Adoption

Gray‘a personality has truly blossomed in this past year since we adopted him on 12/17/20. He was afraid of most people, especially men. He would loudly bark at strangers entering the house, alternatively approaching then retreating staying a safe distance away, and not allowing anyone to box him in to a corner. If people would sit for a while he would eventually approach slowly bit by bit but rarely allowed a stranger to touch him.

Today, Gray may initially bark at strangers entering our home, if they enter through the door without being greeted by his human caretakers. After introductions however, he will allow most to touch him and even come close to request to be petted; constantly!

Here Gray is today, a happy 5 year old Pit Bull/Great Dane mix.
